INTERCESSION AND SPIRITUAL WARFARE TRAINING

2 Corinthians 10:3-6

“3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not [a]carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.”

The call to prayer is growing louder and louder and not only do we want to respond to it, we want to grow and become more effective in prayer. This training, therefore, is another step towards achieving effectiveness in prayer, as we gradually move from the basics of prayer to learning more about engaging in intercession and spiritual warfare, including personal warfare.

This 8-session training on Intercession and Spiritual Warfare, is organised by Women In Tune and Women In Tune Youth, but all are most welcome. See flyer and info below for dates, times and other details. Send us an email to let us know you will be attending.

NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER FOR THE UK

The United Kingdom has experienced many revivals in the past, most of which have dried up and have become nostalgic relics. However, God is seeking to stir up the wells of revival again, for an even greater move of the Holy Spirit in this nation.

The harvest is ready and the Church urgently needs a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit, to empower us proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ in our nation! Thus, the Holy Spirit is re-awakening, repositioning and preparing the Church for another revival in the land.

Every revival in the history of the Church has taken place because God took hold of men and women, who in turn took hold of God in prayer, until He poured out His Spirit afresh from on high and changed the hearts and lives of men. (James 5:16-18; Philippians 3:12-14). The various revivals in the history of the UK have all been preceded by God moving the hearts of people to pray.

For many years, QUIVER and Women In Tune have been praying for revival in the UK, and we now feel led to set apart November 2021, to focus on praying for revival. We shall kickstart with a National Day of Prayer on Saturday 6th November, which we are inviting you to participate in. Please see details below and on the Flyer.
